Walking Challenge

Join us for our walking challenge beginning April 1, 2022.

We love this challenge. Each year the community grows stronger and people end the challenge feeling great.

Walking is an underrated movement. A few benefits include:

  • It is accessible to (almost) all people

  • It maintains muscle

  • Improved Cardiovascular health

  • Boosts mood

  • It is low impact

  • Reduces stress
