Dr. Frank Chi is a chiropractor that specializes in care for the entire family. He focuses on adolescence to adult athletes who desire to take their recovering, health, and performance to the next level. Dr. Chi has specialized training in Webster technique, gentle infant adjustments, and pregnancy care. He is also highly involved in DHCC’s Corporate Wellness Program with a passion for keeping the community healthy at work and home.
Dr. Chi was born in Southern California where he spent the majority of his youth. He later moved to Washington State to finish out high school. He attended the University of Washington, in Seattle, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Microbiology. Dr. Chi found a passion in the human body and wellness after college and was highly influenced by his uncle, a practicing chiropractor in Washington.
He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in 2019.
In his spare time he enjoys spending it with his friends and family, exploring the Delmarva Peninsula, visiting coffee shops, and has recently been exploring the art of baking bread. Dr. Chi regularly engages in a healthy lifestyle, including running, weight lifting, pickleball, soccer, and hiking. His passion in life is to bring optimal health and wellness to his patients through chiropractic care.
Dr. Chi married Dr. Epps in 2022 after meeting and falling in love in chiropractic school. Together, they work as a team with patients and building DHCC Chiropractic as an integral part of the Dover Community.
