Mindfulness Challenge

2020 has been proven to be a bit more than most of us expected, to say the least. Between Australia’s wild fires, Covid-19, a wild presidential election, killer bee hornets, our US government releasing photos of UFO’s, and the confusion of just trying to figure out what the truth is and how to keep our families safe, we are more than a little stressed. As chiropractors, we get the honor of caring for you naturally, and we have seen an increase of patients seeking our care for stress related symptoms.

We absolutely love that our community knows how chiropractic helps their bodies regulate and manage stress. But after leaving our office, many of you are thrown right back into the stressful situations that are manifesting for you physically.

So we decided to do a FREE 30 day Mindfulness Challenge to help our patient’s stay grounded and zen between adjustments. We are also extending the program to our wonderful community members who may not yet be dropping by our office on a regular basis.
